Job summary

UPTC in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, seeks an experienced Automation Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions across the organization.

You will collaborate with business users, IT, QA, DevOps, and support teams, applying Power Automate, UiPath, and scripting skills to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. A strong background in low-code platforms and data handling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, SE, MIS or related field.
• At least 5 years in automation development or related technical roles.
• Hands-on design, development, testing and maintenance of automation scripts/workflows.
• Experience with platforms like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, UiPath.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, C#.
• Experience with API integrations and enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to automate business and operational processes.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of automation solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing automation processes.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver automation initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides.
• Support continuous improvement and automation projects that drive operational efficiency.
