Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Automation Engineer in Cebu City to design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and backend systems. The role requires hands-on scripting and strong collaboration with developers and QA teams to improve test coverage.

You will integrate automation into CI/CD, run automated tests, and help ensure software quality. The position offers above-market compensation, healthcare from day one, and opportunities for learning in a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in test automation or software quality engineering.
• Strong programming in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities
