Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Katalon Studio.

You will automate web and API tests, validate REST payloads, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines within Capgemini’s CMS and banking software environments. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on automation experience, strong debugging skills, and familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Jira.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in test automation engineering.
• Experience with UI automation, API automation and integration testing.
• Experience validating REST APIs and JSON/XML payloads.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Playwright and/or Katalon.
• Automate web, API, integration and regression test scenarios across systems.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
