Job summary

UPTC in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, seeks an experienced Automation Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions across the organization.

You will collaborate with business users, IT, QA, DevOps, and support teams, applying Power Automate, UiPath, and scripting skills to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. A strong background in low-code platforms and data handling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, SE, MIS or related field.
• At least 5 years in automation development or related technical roles.
• Hands-on design, development, testing and maintenance of automation scripts/workflows.
• Experience with platforms like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, UiPath.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, C#.
• Experience with API integrations and enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem solving.

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation scripts, workflows, or frameworks.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder, UiPath, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, C#, or similar technologies.
• Experience with API integrations, data extraction, data transformation, databases, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, or related enterprise systems.
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Experience with testing, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation workflows.
• Experience creating technical documentation and support materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
