Emapta Global is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy UiPath and RPA solutions across an international services environment. The role focuses on turning manual processes into digital workers and driving global digital transformation for our client base.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a prominent Ortigas office and participate in upskilling via the Emapta Academy. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in object‑oriented programming, hands‑on UiPath experience, and a

• Experience with object‑oriented programming; solid coding skills.
• Hands‑on UiPath experience (at least 1 year).
• Experience in application development and implementation support.
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• UiPath Certified Professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, and solution estimation.
• Develop, test, deploy, and roll out digital workers and automation solutions.
• Participate in workshops with business stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Manage incidents and problems across the automation platform.
• Identify opportunities to deliver business value via RPA/AI and other automation tech.
• Engage with business teams and ensure configurations meet evolving needs.
• Research emerging technologies and keep stakeholders informed.

The Qualifications We Seek

Essential Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in object-oriented programming
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with UiPath
• Experience in application development and implementation support
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• UiPath Certified Professional certification

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with or knowledge of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead technical planning and requirements gathering, including solution estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in workshops and interviews with business stakeholders.
• Develop, test, deploy, and roll out digital workers and automation solutions.
• Manage incidents and problems across the digital workforce and automation platform.
• Identify opportunities to create business value through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and other automation technologies.
• Work independently and drive assigned activities toward agreed outcomes.
• Engage directly with business teams and ensure application configurations meet evolving business requirements.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies proactively.
• Build and maintain client trust through reliable delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal interactions and deliver consistently high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
• Travel to other offices as required.
