Job summary

Sidglobal is seeking a TestAutomation Architect in Pasig to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade automation solutions across multiple teams. You will set the automation strategy, establish best practices, and enable cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality software efficiently.

Responsibilities include designing scalable frameworks, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior automation engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in software testing with 5+ years in test automation.
• Hands-on experience with UFT, Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar tools.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade automation frameworks.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Knowledge of API, performance, and mobile automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks.
• Define automation architecture and best practices across projects and teams.
• Provide governance for automation initiatives across ITG.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead the creation of reusable test assets and libraries.
• Mentor automation engineers and QA analysts.
• Stay updated with AI-driven testing features and enhancements.
• Develop dashboards to report test coverage, execution status, and defect trends.
