Job summary

Sidglobal is seeking a Test Manager based in Ortigas Post Office, Philippines, to lead end-to-end testing efforts across programs, ensuring quality and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership of internal and vendor resources and deep experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

You will drive test strategy, coordinate with project managers and development leads, and oversee test execution, status reporting, and risk mitigation to meet enterprise testing objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software testing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing hybrid internal and vendor/external resources.
• Hands-on with ALM, Jira-Xray, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional testing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all testing activities across the project delivery unit.
• Ensure adherence to defined testing processes and enterprise quality standards.
• Manage test resources, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Prioritize automation opportunities and collaborate with Test Automation Architect.
