Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Data & Analytics professional to manage the D&A ServiceNow instance, fulfil reporting requests, and lead automation initiatives. You will build dashboards using Sigma Computing and Power BI, validate data, and support governance and standards across the organization.

The role requires 2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a solid foundation in ETL, SQL, and ERP data environments. Hybrid work with on-site presence is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Sigma Computing, Power BI, and other BI platforms.
• Experience with ETL processes, Snowflake, and low-code/no-code automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise data environments (e.g., Oracle).
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong data validation, data quality, and reporting governance practices.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements and present insights clearly.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies, tools, and analytics platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts is preferred.
• High attention to detail, numeracy, and a continuous improvement mindset
