Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Data Analyst to design Power BI solutions, answer business questions through data analysis, and identify data issues across Fabric and legacy systems. You will collaborate with engineering to identify root causes and implement fixes while supporting migration to modern tooling.

The role emphasizes BI reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and enabling self-service analytics for business users, with hybrid onsite work 3x per week in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BI or data analysis across modern and legacy platforms.
• Strong Power BI skills: dashboards, data visualization, troubleshooting.
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis across Fabric and SQL Server.
• Experience migrating users from legacy tools to modern analytics platforms; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle BAU reporting enhancements, dashboard changes, new filters, and performance optimisation.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions across data platforms.
• Maintain reporting infra including Excel, SSRS, and Power BI across legacy and modern tools.
• Support end-of-month finance data imports/exports and EDW/IDW warehouse operations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist users transitioning from legacy tools to Fabric self-service solutions.
• Provide training and support for Power BI and tool transitions.
