Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in process improvement, business analysis, automation, or related role.
• Experience with process mapping and turning workflows into clear requirements.
• Ability to design automation solutions (workflow, tooling, or orchestration).
• Experience creating and iterating prompts and generative AI workflows (chatbots, summarization).
• Basic scripting to support automation, testing, or prototyping (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence, especially with non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes and identify root causes of friction, risk, and rework.
• Define future-state workflows, success measures, and clear requirements with stakeholders.
• Design and prototype automation solutions to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
• Create generative AI use cases focusing on usability and controls.
• Write prompts, playbooks, and guardrails for high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to implement, test, and release production-ready solutions.
• Conduct user testing, triage issues, and iterate based on feedback.
