Qualifications

• Experience designing experiments with measurable outcomes across business or product domains.
• Proven ability to build prototypes or tools applying ML/AI to real problems.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and professional audiences.
• Ability to translate strategy into scoped, prioritized work and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with partners to identify high-impact AI opportunities across customer, employee, or operations outcomes.
• Design and run experiments to evaluate AI use cases with measurable success criteria.
• Build and iterate prototypes and lightweight tools that demonstrate value for production decisions.
• Partner with engineering, data, and platform teams to transition validated prototypes into production-ready solutions.
