Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in loan operations or related areas.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and identify root causes.
• Experience with low-code automation tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities across loan origination processes and translate needs into requirements and user stories.
• Map current-state and target-state workflows to reduce manual touchpoints and improve throughput.
• Deliver end-to-end automation initiatives including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements.
• Build and enhance business solutions using firm-approved low-code, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and deliver dashboards
• Automate origination activities like readiness checks, funding tracking, and status visibility while embedding controls by design
• Collaborate with technology and control partners on data connectivity, access, and production support
• Define, track, and communicate KPIs and benefits (capacity, cycle time, data quality)
• Create and maintain process maps, requirements, SOPs, test scripts, runbooks, and training materials to support adoption
