Qualifications

• Professional experience building and deploying modern applications in production
• Hands-on Python development experience
• Experience building intelligent applications with large language models
• Experience implementing agent frameworks
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation
• Hands-on with containerized development (Docker)
• Cloud services for data and workloads
• Secure development practices (identity, access controls)
• Translate ambiguous problems into technical designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade applications powered by LLMs and analytics
• Build agent-based systems that plan, decompose, execute workflows
• Develop and optimize prompts, evaluation methods, and guardrails
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation patterns with trusted data sources
• Integrate apps with cloud services, data stores, and APIs
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, governance teams
• Apply secure-by-design practices across development
• Create automated tests, monitoring, observability in production
• Document architectures and runbooks for support
• Troubleshoot performance, latency, model quality
• Stay current on generative and agent-based advances
