• Lead pilots and scale automation solutions, measure ROI and business impact.
• Drive adoption of AI tools like JLL GPT across WPM teams; build training and best practices.
• Map and redesign processes with clear implementation plans, governance, and metrics.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, procurement, facilities, and client services to align priorities.
• Develop change management strategies and communicate benefits and implications.
