Job summary

JLL Business Services is seeking an Intelligent Operations Partner to drive automation and AI initiatives across WPM. You will identify opportunities, build roadmaps, and partner with IT and operations to deliver measurable ROI.

You will lead change management, develop training and governance, and collaborate with finance, HR, procurement, facilities, and client services to scale adoption of automation tools, including RPA and AI applications.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in operations, process improvement or business transformation.
• Proven automation implementation experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience in shared services or BPO/corporate operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact automation opportunities via process mining and analysis.
• Lead pilots and full-scale automation implementations with ROI measurement.
• Develop AI tool adoption programs and training materials.
• Map current-state processes and design future-state with governance and metrics.
• Collaborate across finance, HR, procurement, facilities, and client services.
