Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking an Intermediate Client Service Administrator to manage administrative operations and client workflow for an Australian accounting practice. You will oversee database management, client onboarding/offboarding, job flow tracking, ASIC corporate compliance, tax lodgment administration, and billing support.

We require 2+ years of admin experience in Australian practice, with proficiency in Xero, XPM, ATO Agent Portal, and ASIC portals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in an Australian accounting practice or professional services firm.
• Proficiency with cloud accounting and practice management software (Xero, XPM, ATO Portal, ASIC portals).
• Solid understanding of BAS/IAS cycles, income tax return signing, ASIC reviews, entity setup workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job workflows and deadlines; allocate tasks to accountants and track progress.
• Prepare and file client documentation; manage lodgments and signatures.
• Coordinate new entities with legal/professional bodies and update records (XPM/ASIC/ATO).
• Oversee end-to-end client onboarding/offboarding and assist with billing reviews.
