You will own end-to-end delivery quality, join client conversations as the senior Australian voice, and design the training curriculum for AU employment fundamentals, work rights screening, and ATS workflows.

You will mentor recruiters and coordinators, develop a submittal quality rubric, and ensure consistency across Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major ATS.
