Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Premium Audit Analyst to coordinate processing of medium to complex premium audits, producing earned premium statements from field audits.

Reports to Team Lead or AVP Premium Audit and works with vendors and staff auditors to meet service levels. The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree or equivalent in insurance with 3–5 years of insurance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative, organized, self-directed

Responsibilities

• Perform quality review of multi-state Workers Compensation, General Liability & Auto audits. Review audits completed by vendors and staff auditors to ensure audits conform to unique captive specifications.
• Pull and analyze WC experience modifications using NCCI & Independent Bureau state websites.
• Calculate audit premium plus manual calculation of Auto and General Liability surcharges.
• Data entry and quality check of multiple systems.

SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION

This position reports to the Team Lead or AVP Premium Audit, and performs and coordinates the processing of medium to complex premium audits with minimal supervision. Produces the audit statement of earned premium based on completed field audits received from staff premium auditors and vendors. Transacts premium audit processing steps including review, entry, processing, invoicing and billing.

Also collaborates with external audit vendors, staff auditors and both regional and corporate team resources to ensure that all service level commitments are met.
