Job summary

Enable PH is seeking an Audit Officer to establish, execute, and continuously improve internal audit processes across warehouses, stores, and sales channels. The role focuses on safeguarding assets, ensuring compliance, and identifying control gaps in evolving procedures.

You will build audit frameworks from the ground up, strengthen internal controls, and support risk mitigation across all business units while traveling to branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Certification is advantageous (CPA, CIA, CISA).
• Minimum 3–5 years of internal audit experience.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or inventory-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal audit frameworks and SOPs where none exist.
• Develop audit programs for retail stores, warehouses, and offices.
• Conduct regular and surprise inventory audits and verify stock.
• Assess compliance with policies and controls across branches and distribution centers.
• Identify risks and recommend controls; assist in risk mitigation.
• Investigate anomalies and potential fraud; coordinate with Finance and Operations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
