Job summary

Alorica Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination for entities in the Philippines and EMEA.

You will be the primary contact for external auditors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely audits. Responsibilities include managing month-end close, preparing financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and partnering with tax/compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• PH taxation experience including PEZA and BOI regulatory requirements
• Audit leadership experience including spearheading entire audit process
• Financial accounting in Global Business Services or Shared Service environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and compliance activities for assigned entities in the Philippines and EMEA.
• Manage month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Partner with tax to ensure accurate accounting and compliance.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Develop process documentation and support continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and compliance matters.
