Job summary

Allegro Microsystems Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead risk assessment, planning, execution, and reporting across global entities. You will ensure independence and objectivity while delivering value-added assurance to senior management and the Board.

The role oversees audit programs grounded in IIA standards, mentors the audit team, and partners with business units to strengthen internal controls and risk management across manufacturing and offices worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, internal audit, finance, or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in internal audit, financial audit, compliance, risk management, or related assurance functions.
• At least 3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• CIA designation or CPA license preferred but not required.
• Big 4 audit firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual risk assessment and audit planning processes across global entities, aligning with enterprise risk and strategic objectives.
• Design and execute detailed audit programs meeting IIA standards, supervising fieldwork and review of workpapers.
• Apply data analytics and continuous auditing to identify process anomalies and control deficiencies.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations; communicate results to management and the Board.
