Job summary

D&V Philippines in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines, is seeking an Audit Supervisor to lead US engagements with a hybrid setup. Initial onsite training is required, followed by a transition to a hybrid model.

Candidates should be CPAs with at least five years in audit supervision. Big 4 experience is preferred, with strong communication, research, analytical, and writing skills essential to coordinate planning, fieldwork and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be CPA.
• Big 4 experience is an advantage.
• Industry experience in Real estate, Non profit, audit of general commercial, manufacturing, PCAOB and construction.
• At least 5 years of Audit experience in a supervisory role (5 Busy Seasons).
• Willingness to extend beyond initial assignment and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, research, analytical and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and have a strong knowledge of all audit functions.
• Deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards, with research related to accounting and audit issues.
• Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate internal controls, report errors or fraud indicators.
• Coordinate day-to-day planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.
• Explain audit findings and recommend solutions.
• Take ownership of specific engagement aspects through completion.

Work Setup & Schedule

• 4:00 pm to 1:00 am, Monday to Friday
• 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid (Onsite for 3 months during the busy season in 2027)
• Initially requires 1-month onsite training, followed by a transition to a hybrid setup (1-2 days onsite per month or quarter)

What Will Make You a Great Fit

• Must be CPA.
• Experience working in a big auditing firm is an advantage (Big 4).
• Industry experience in Real estate, Non for Profit, audit of general commercial, manufacturing, PCAOB and construction.
• At least 5 years of Audit experience supervisory role (5 Busy Seasons).
• Is willing to extend himself beyond the immediate demands of the assignment and to accept new responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
