Create Synergies Inc. in Makati City is seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join its External Audit team. This on-site role focuses on engagement management, team supervision, and client coordination across external audit engagements.

The candidate will have opportunities to work on external audits and potentially support international accounts, gaining exposure to global clients and international audit practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of external audit experience or equivalent in a professional services firm.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
• Ability to supervise or mentor junior audit professionals.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise external audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Review audit working papers, financial statements, and schedules.
• Perform and review audit procedures for complex accounts and high-risk areas.
• Identify audit risks and internal control deficiencies and discuss them with the team.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain audit requirements and resolve queries.
• Monitor engagement progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Support international audit engagements when assigned.
