Qualifications

• Performs hearing test procedures to patients.

• Ensures proper usage and storage of medical hearing equipment.
• Collects data and encodes operational reports for budget and health DOH.

Responsibilities

• Accommodates patients' inquiries regarding services, rates, doctors' schedules, and related queries.
• Performs hearing test procedures to patients.
• Prepares and encodes charges for procedures.
• Provides discharge instructions and ensures patient safety upon leaving the unit.
• Documents the services provided and maintains patient records.
• Accounts for proper usage and storage of hearing-test equipment.
• Monitors inventory and supplies for hearing tests.
• Collects data and encodes monthly census and DOH reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology.

About the role

Responsible in carrying out all works in accordance with the standards and regulations. Performs hearing test procedures to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Accommodates patients' inquiries regarding the services, the rates of procedures, doctors' schedules and other related queries.
• Performs hearing test procedures to patients.
• Prepares and encodes charges of procedures of patients.
• Provides patients with care instructions and ensures their safe discharge from the unit.
• Documents the services provided to patients, and maintain patients' records.
• Accounts for the proper usage and storage of the medical equipment for hearing tests procedures.
• Monitors the availability and consumption of inventories and supplies.
• Collects data and encodes necessary operational reports (e.g. budget, monthly census, and reports for Department of Health).
• Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology.
