Job summary

Epsilon is seeking an Associate, Client Services for LATAM, reporting to the Director of Account Management, LATAM. The role focuses on supporting clients with audiences guidelines and troubleshooting, working across Product, Sales and Technology to optimize campaigns and outcomes.

They will analyze client reports, develop internal processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and analyzing Digital Campaign Reports.
• Experience working with clients from different industries.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience handling social or programmatic platforms.
• Willingness and proactivity for learning and adopting new tools.
• Intermediate level of English (B2).
• Self-motivated and collaborative in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact regarding technical issues and inquiries, providing guidance on the product and troubleshooting.
• Develop and automate internal usage processes and guidelines manuals for audience product.
• Identify and report issues, bugs, and other errors to internal product and/or technology teams.
• Analyze reports sent by clients and provide guidelines and audience optimization.
• Liaise between client services and technology to enhance support processes and propose new functionalities.
• Provide first-level support to internal and external customers.
• Partner with Sales to help break down opportunities and increase client lifetime value.
