Epsilon seeks an experienced Manager in Campaign to guide delivery of technology-driven marketing solutions across client accounts. You will oversee end‑to‑end projects, collaborate with architects, and align vendor efforts with client objectives.

You will lead a team of technical resources, manage third‑party dependencies, and ensure timely status reporting while driving continuous improvement across platforms like Adobe Campaign, AJO, and ACC.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Adobe Campaign certification is must.

• Understand business requirements and work with architect on technical solution.
• Develop relationships with senior business partners and ensure engagement.
• Ensure client's partner objectives align with the proposed business solution by Epsilon.
• Draft SOW and contract documents with clients and vendors.
• Review third party contracts/SOWs to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage a team of technical resources for performance.
• Plan and implement multiple projects; monitor risks and schedules.
• Communicate effectively to team to arrive at solutions.
