RecruitGo Careers is seeking a Senior AU Tax Accountant to handle Australian tax compliance and accounting engagements, including financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, and SMSF matters. You will also assist with advisory services while ensuring timely delivery for a diverse client base.

The role requires 3+ years in public practice focused on Australian tax, a Accounting degree, and preferably a Philippines CPA.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of public practice experience focusing on Australian tax and business services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Philippines CPA qualification preferred.
• Strong financial statement preparation skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare annual financial statements and Australian tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, companies and SMSF.
• Prepare BAS and IAS with supporting reconciliations and workpapers.
• Maintain digital workpapers, respond to review points, and move jobs to completion.
• Assist directors with tax planning, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory matters.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
• Grow technical knowledge through training and exposure to a varied client base.
