TOA Global Pty is seeking an AU Senior Accountant to lead technical compliance, portfolio management, and QA for Australian firm clients. This remote, day-shift role handles multi-entity portfolios and reviews deliverables by junior staff, liaising with onshore partners to deliver tax planning solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in an Australian public accounting practice, strong knowledge of Australian tax law, and proficiency with major accounting software.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in an Australian public accounting practice.
• Solid knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting standards.
• Proficiency with Xero, Xero Tax, MYOB, HandiSoft, APS or Class Super.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax reviews and quality assurance for clients.
• Oversee diverse client portfolios including SMEs and family groups.
• Liaise with Australian onshore partners and clients on technical queries.
• Mentor and develop junior accountants.
• Provide advisory support on tax planning and business restructuring.
