Job summary

IntoGREAT is seeking a Senior Accountant (CPA) to lead payroll, reporting, reconciliations, and creditor payments from a remote setup in the Philippines. The role involves driving financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to strategic decisions in a growth-focused business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience across payroll and financial reporting, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with Xero.

Qualifications

• CPA qualified, or an equivalent recognised accounting qualification.
• At least five years’ experience across payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Experience using Xero or a similar accounting system.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage regular deadlines independently.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile payroll, including employee changes, deductions and payroll queries.
• Review customer arrears and shortfall reports, investigate issues and recommend budget or deduction changes where needed.
• Complete end-of-lease reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements and prepare creditor payment runs for Jamie’s final approval and release.
• Complete bank and account reconciliations in Xero and assist with month-end reporting.
• Assist with GST/BAS, FBT and other compliance reporting.
• Maintain finance records, trackers and procedures, and respond to routine Accounts inbox queries.
• Identify financial or process issues and raise them with Jas promptly.
