Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an AU Mortgage Processor to join our Australian client’s operations in BGC, Taguig. You will manage end-to-end mortgage processing for AU/NZ clients, liaise with lenders and brokers, and ensure documentation and compliance.

Training starts onsite with a path to hybrid work after a successful period. Day shift 6:00 AM–3:00 PM offers work-life balance; salary ₱30,000–₱40,000 plus allowances; opportunity to grow in a globally backed mortgage operations hub.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years AU/NZ mortgage processing experience.
• Proven end-to-end loan processing capability.
• Familiar with ApplyOnline and lender portals.
• Strong serviceability assessment and valuation knowledge.
• Experience using mortgage CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong document management.
• Able to manage multiple applications efficiently.
• Clear stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mortgage apps from lodgement to settlement.
• Collect, assess, and validate loan documents.
• Perform compliance and serviceability checks.
• Liaise with Australian lenders and brokers.
• Handle valuation ordering and follow-ups.
• Process settlements and ensure readiness of requirements.
• Utilise ApplyOnline, portals and CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate records and service quality.
