Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced AU Tax Accountant to join our team in Alabang. The role focuses on preparing financial statements and Australian tax filings, ensuring compliance with GST, CGT, FBT, and Division 7A, and supporting payroll tax matters.

The candidate will work in a focused morning shift from our Alabang office. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Australian tax and accounting experience, a CPA/CAs status, and proficiency with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or Reckon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CA or CPA qualified (or pursuing).
• Minimum 5 years of Australian tax and accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of Australian tax legislation (GST, CGT, FBT, Division 7A).
• Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Reckon is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for clients.
• Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT for Australian taxation standards.
• Perform reconciliations, inter-entity analysis, and group consolidations.
• Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients.
• Assist with payroll tax, STP, Division 7A, CGT, GST, and related areas.
• Maintain working papers and audit trails.
