Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Credit Controller for the Eastwood QC Office to protect client cash flow and recover overdue student fees. The role blends outbound collections with AR ledger management, invoicing and reconciliation, supported by cloud platforms and a calm, customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in AR/collections, strong English skills, and hands-on use of Xero and Zoho CRM, with a finance or accounting qualification viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in accounts receivable or credit and collections.
• Confident, clear spoken and written English for direct customer contact.
• Hands-on experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounts receivable: raise invoices, maintain AR ledger, allocate payments and reconcile.
• Monitor and resolve unallocated payments; set up payment plans and direct-debit schedules.
• Manage chargebacks and disputes; run aged receivables reports and provide weekly status summaries.
• Maintain accurate records across accounting systems and CRM; support month-end close.
