Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized AU Accountant in the Philippines to manage core daily accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

The role requires strong Excel and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, BAS preparation, GST reconciliations, and month-end close. It offers a hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite, 3 days from home) with Manila working hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Solid understanding of Australian accounting and BAS requirements and GST reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in daily accounting.

Responsibilities

• Bank & credit card postings, reconciliations, and expense processing.
• Process AR: credit notes, payment collections, and queries.
• Process AP: supplier invoices, payment runs, queries.
• Prepare BAS and GST compliance supporting schedules.
