Job summary

One Point Contact Inc. in Pasig is seeking a fresh graduate or current student for a full-time, on-site role. You will support maintenance duties, install/replace parts, and help load and upgrade software while learning across customer environments.

As part of the team, you will troubleshoot onsite, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with your supervisor to address issues while ensuring adherence to SLAs and delivering professional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or student pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasig.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis.
• Commitment to customer service and professional conduct.
• Able to train others and follow SLA guidelines.
