Job summary

EURONET Technology Services, Inc. is seeking an Incident Management Officer to monitor alerts, escalate and coordinate responses to incidents affecting ATM services, systems, and related applications.

You will serve as the first point of contact for incident management activities, ensuring timely handling and clear communication with stakeholders to minimize service disruptions and uphold service level commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in technical support, helpdesk, or incident management.
• Fresh graduates with internships may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident alerts and dashboards to identify service disruptions.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and assign incidents per procedures.
• Perform initial investigations before escalation.
• Update incident records throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients during resolution.
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and ensure SLAs.
