Job summary

PHILSTOCKS FINANCIAL, INC. is seeking a qualified Associated Person to support brokerage operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will execute client transactions and sustain strong client relationships under SEC and PSE standards.

The role involves executing client transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships in accordance with the standards set by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Must have passed the SEC-required Associated Person

• Registered or eligible for registration with the SEC as an Associated Person

• With at least 1–2 years of experience in stock brokerage, financial services, or a related field (preferred)

• Strong understanding of securities markets, trading procedures, and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

• High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards
