Job summary

Empower Manila is seeking a Sr Spec Brokerage Ops & Stock Plan Services to manage daily brokerage processing, account updates, and client communications, ensuring regulatory compliance and service standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with audits, and provide guidance on stock plan services; FINRA licenses and experience with Pershing NetX360 are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• FINRA fingerprinting and Series 7/24 required or to be obtained.
• 2+ years in brokerage operations or financial services back-office.
• Knowledge of equity, options, mutual funds, ETFs and fixed income.

Responsibilities

• Approve new account applications.
• Process account updates, asset movement requests, and other brokerage operational transactions.
• Perform daily reviews of outstanding customer requests to ensure timely processing and adherence to service standards.
• Draft and distribute customer and internal correspondence related to brokerage processing activities, as needed.
• Work closely with management and cross-functional partners to resolve exceptions, improve workflows, and mitigate operational risk.
• Assist with recurring audits, reporting and projects on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Provide guidance and training support to brokerage services.
• Identify recurring issues or trends and communicate findings to leadership with recommended process improvements.
