Notified Digital Media Philippines Inc. is seeking an Associate QA Specialist to ensure the quality and launch readiness of Investor Relations websites for global clients.
You will test, troubleshoot, and validate content across CMS platforms, with a focus on accessibility and cross-browser compatibility. You'll collaborate with project managers and developers, manage test results, and support pre/post-launch activities including webcast configuration.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Associate QA Specialist to join our growing digital operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the quality, functionality, and successful launch of Investor Relations (IR) websites used by leading public companies worldwide.

Configure and set up websites within the Content Management System (CMS) platform.
Build and maintain menus, widgets, landing pages, content blocks, and other website components.
Create, update, and manage website content and page layouts.
Perform functional, usability, responsive, and accessibility testing across desktop and mobile devices.
Validate website content for accuracy, formatting consistency, and overall quality.
Execute pre-launch and post-launch testing to ensure websites meet quality and business requirements.
Configure and validate webcast-related settings and requirements.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor work queues and support timely completion of requests and project deliverables.
Document testing results and ensure issues are properly resolved before release.
Contribute to process improvements, quality initiatives, and best practices that enhance team performance and client experience.
Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Website Testing, Digital Operations, or a related role.
Understanding of website functionality testing, cross-browser testing, responsive design validation, and usability testing.
Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
Basic knowledge of HTML and website structures.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Jira, Salesforce, ConnectWise, or similar project management and ticketing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
Experience with accessibility testing and WCAG standards.
Knowledge of Investor Relations (IR) websites or financial services platforms.
Experience with QA automation tools, particularly Playwright.
Familiarity with website launches, production deployments, and post-launch validations.
Experience supporting webcast configuration and testing activities.
