Job summary

Apex Group Ltd in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Associate – Transfer Agency (Dealing) to support global fund management clients across the investor lifecycle. You will execute day-to-day TA Dealing operations from the Philippines GCC, ensuring accurate processing, SLAs, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and adherence to controls in a high-volume environment. Strong English communication and TA exposure are required.

Qualifications

• Prior TA/Investors services experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related discipline preferred.
• 1–5 years of TA operations experience.
• Exposure to transaction processing and documentation.
• Understanding of TA processes with related functions.

Responsibilities

• Process financial and non-financial transactions in line with client requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transaction processing.
• Maintain investor and client documentation with audit trail.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within defined procedures.
• Support business initiatives and ad-hoc requirements.
• Work independently and in a team, as needed.
• Identify process gaps and support resolutions.
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Handle routine transactions and client queries.
• Support preparation and maintenance of SOPs and process docs.
• Follow governance standards and process controls.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and audit adherence.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in high-volume environment.

Associate – Transfer Agency (Dealing)

Role Summary

The Transfer Agency function supports global fund management clients across the full investor lifecycle, including transaction processing, reporting, AML/KYC, registration, and payments.

This role is responsible for executing day‑to‑day TA Dealing operations from the Philippines GCC, ensuring accurate transaction processing, adherence to service levels, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also supports team delivery and continuous improvement within a global operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process financial and non‑financial transactions in line with client and regulatory requirements
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transaction processing
• Maintain investor and client documentation with a complete audit trail
• Identify and resolve operational issues within defined procedures
• Support business initiatives and ad‑hoc requirements as needed
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Identify process gaps and support resolution actions
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing within the team
• Handle routine transaction and client queries
• Support preparation and maintenance of SOPs and process documentation
• Follow established process controls and governance standards
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround times
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in Transfer Agency / Investor Services is required
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related discipline preferred
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in TA operations
• Exposure to transaction processing, documentation, and operational workflows
• Basic understanding of TA processes and interaction with related functions
