Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Philippines seeks an Associate Technical Account Manager to join our Enterprise Support team. You will work with TAMs to empower customers, help transform operations, and optimize cloud costs.

You’ll collaborate with AWS engineers, service teams and customers to resolve issues, provide enablement sessions, and advocate for customer requirements while growing your cloud expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems environment.
• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TAMs to provide support services and recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with AWS engineers, service teams, TAMs and customers to handle, resolve and escalate cases.
• Liaise with customers during service disruptions to mitigate business impact.
• Access and learn to use customer account tools to draw insights and address customer asks.
• Compile cloud services operational and cost analyses for periodic reviews.
• Deliver introductory customer technical enablement sessions.
• Champion and advocate for customer requirements within AWS (e.g. feature requests).
• Participate in customer meetings with TAMs and stakeholders.
• Learn on the job to become an AWS expert through certification and training.
