Job summary

Sagility is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition in Quezon City to support healthcare hiring needs. You will lead targeted sourcing for healthcare roles, coordinate job fairs, and partner with schools, PESO offices, and local partners to build a strong candidate pool.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience, with keen attention to detail and strong communication across HR and operations to drive process improvements.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead healthcare targeted sourcing initiatives with the support of other Channel leads.
• Responsible for the initial Sourcing POC for all healthcare
• Coordinate with Job Fair organizers for schedules to create a calendar of available Job Fairs.
• Job Fair logistics, (ingress & egress)
• Plan with Recruitment team to identify which sites/accounts will participate and ensure these sites/accounts are represented
• Cost monitoring and payment processing requirements of QC and Alabang
• Vendor Management for supporting partners
• Lead the promodizer team assigned to activity
• Monitor the status of all applicants sourced from the activity
• Re-profiling
• Identify high traffic venues with a healthy pool of candidates with our required profiles
• Similar tasks to when running a Job Fair
• Coordinate with various PESO offices for Job Fair schedules and create a calendar of available Job Fair dates
• Coordinate with Schools, Student Orgs and Local Government units to establish partnerships to access potential applicant database and organize Job Fairs
• Sourcing POC for a specific account vertical.
