Sagility Philippines B.V Branch in Quezon City is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition with a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience. You will lead healthcare-targeted sourcing initiatives and coordinate with job fairs and recruitment teams.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to improve HR processes, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to build a robust candidate pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to improve HR processes and communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead healthcare targeted sourcing initiatives with support from Channel leads.
• Serve as initial Sourcing POC for healthcare.
• Coordinate with Job Fair organizers and schedules.
• Handle Job Fair logistics (ingress & egress).
• Plan sites/accounts participation with Recruitment team.
• Monitor costs and payment processing for QC and Alabang.
• Vendor management for supporting partners.
• Lead promodizer team assigned to activity.
• Monitor status of applicants sourced from activity.
• Re-profile candidates and identify high-traffic venues.
• Coordinate with PESO offices for Job Fair dates.
• Coordinate with Schools, Student Orgs, and LGUs to access databases and organize Job Fairs.
• Sourcing POC for a specific account vertical.
