Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive IT Helpdesk Specialist in the Philippines. You will provide frontline end-user support, assist with Windows OS, desktop setup, and maintenance, and help users with Network and Microsoft 365 services.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE, at least 1 year IT experience, and strong communication and critical thinking. You should be resourceful and eager to learn as you support a dynamic user base.

Qualifications
