Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in delivering demonstrations and leading evaluations.
• Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.

Responsibilities

• Learning and Development: work with senior Solutions Engineers to understand customer needs and map them to Atlassian solutions.
• Opportunity Identification: assist in identifying cross-product expansion opportunities.
• Technical Problem Solving: learn to investigate client pain points to craft solutions.
• Product Familiarization: develop product expertise and demonstrate Atlassian's value.
• Value-Driven Demonstrations: deliver demonstrations showing how Atlassian drives outcomes.
• Sales Collaboration: partner with sales to improve engagement and sales cycle.
• Customer Advocacy: gather feedback and insights for product teams.
