Job summary

BDO Unibank invites applications for an Associate Private Banker within BDO Private Bank. You will be the primary service contact for high-net-worth clients, supporting Senior Private Bankers and driving client onboarding, servicing, and cross-selling opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, frontline service experience, and strong verbal and written communication with sales aptitude. Onsite work at Quezon City locations is required.

Department:

BDO Private Bank offers wealth management services to high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals in their investments/ succession planning, generational wealth transfer strategies and its execution for philanthropic & estate planning goals.

The Private Bank sales/ service model entail a Senior Private Banker (SPB) or Private Banker (PB) who is directly responsible for interfacing with clients on a day to day and are supported by anAssociate Private Banker (APB)/ Associate Relationship Managerwho is the primary service contact for BDO PB clients.

As a primary service contact, he/she is tasked to engage with them on deepening relationships as well as assist the Sr PB/ PB in administrative areas covering the latter's effort in customer on-boarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation, and sales/ account information management. He/she is expected to deliver in a timely manner and in alignment with prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards. He/she assist in developing AUM through cross-selling and account referrals to Sr. PB/ PB.

In the absence of of SPB/ PBN, the Associate Private Banker/ Associate Relationship Manager may act as the backup PB to ensure the efficient, seamlessly consistent and continuous delivery of services to clients.

• With work related experience an advantage
