Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Around 2 years of experience in marketing or finance, preferably in pricing.
• Familiarity with price optimization and elasticity models.
• Strong communication and relationship management across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Operations: develop and maintain pricing strategies, ensure accuracy and compliance through data management, audits, and vendor/product configurations.
• Project Administration: support pricing-related projects by testing internal platforms, analyzing current methods, and organizing data from multiple sources.
• Subject Matter Expert: contribute to process improvement by creating and maintaining documentation, developing Excel templates for pricing requests, and identifying opportunities to enhance methods and tools.
• Administrative Management: handle operational tasks such as creating macro files, documenting meeting outcomes, managing workload, and coordinating with in-country partners.

What You’ll Do

As a Pricing Associate, you’ll play a key role the development and maintenance of pricing strategies, analyze market data, audit pricing actions, support vendor pricing. As a SME you are expected to generate reports, and contribute to projects and process improvements—helping position Ingram Micro competitively and profitably.

• Pricing Operations: You’ll develop and maintain pricing strategies, ensuring accuracy and compliance through data management, audits, and vendor/product configurations. This includes analyzing system capabilities, managing pricing databases, and resolving inquiries related to pricing tools and margin issues.
• Project Administration: You’ll support pricing-related projects by testing internal platforms, analyzing current methods, and organizing data from multiple sources. You’ll also create programming queries to support project modeling and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Subject Matter Expert: You’ll contribute to process improvement by creating and maintaining documentation, developing Excel templates for pricing requests, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing methods and tools.
• Administrative Management: You’ll handle operational support tasks such as creating macro files, documenting meeting outcomes, managing workload allocation, and coordinating with in-country partners to ensure alignment and awareness of updates.

What You Bring To The Role

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Econometrics.
• Around 2 years of experience in marketing or finance, preferably in pricing.
• Moderate understanding of finance and accounting terminology, including margin calculation.
• Familiarity with price optimization and elasticity models.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Technical competencies:
• Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required).
• Beginner to intermediate SQL and VBA/Macros skills.
• Experience with Business Objects (Magellan) preferred.
