Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines invites graduates to join the Technology, Product, and Operations team. You will own external OSAT operations, coordinate with engineering, quality, logistics, and SCM, and strive to meet shipment and revenue targets while improving cycle times.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage external OSAT operations to ensure balanced production flow.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, Quality, Capacity Planning, Procurement, Logistics/Material Planning, NPI, and SCM) to track lot movement with transparency.
  • Ensure periodic shipment and revenue targets are met (e.g., POR).
  • Drive cycle time performance and SOD hit rate by addressing bottlenecks and load-plan triggers.
  • Develop, review, and present supplier performance scorecards with KPIs (delivery, cycle time, quality, responsiveness).
  • Provide local operational support by coordinating subcontractor management and cross-functional resolution of issues.
  • Demonstrate urgency by driving recovery actions for incidents or risks impacting supply continuity.

The role under TPO (Technology, Product, and Operations) is fully accountable for overall external backend production planning and operations, ensuring a stable and excellent supply outcome. This role works closely with external OSAT partners and internal cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Product, Capacity Planning, and Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage external OSAT operations, ensuring suppliers maintain healthy and balanced production and engineering lot flow.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, Quality, Capacity Planning, Procurement, Logistics/Material Planning, NPI, and SCM) to track lot movement against plan with full transparency and shared visibility.
  • Ensure periodic shipment and revenue targets (e.g., POR) are consistently met.
  • Drive best-in-class cycle time performance and SOD hit rate by proactively identifying and resolving: Aged lots Overstaging lots Process bottlenecks following load plan triggers.
  • Develop, review, and present quarterly supplier performance scorecards, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery, cycle time, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Provide local operational support by driving subcontractor (SUBCON) management and leading cross‑functional coordination to resolve business and operational issues.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency by immediately driving recovery actions for any incidents or risks that may impact supply continuity.
