  • Develop and maintain accurate material plans to ensure timely procurement and availability of resources aligned with production schedules and customer demands.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory to balance stock availability with cost efficiency, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory while avoiding stockouts.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to analyze budget performance, track spending against forecasts, and identify areas for financial improvement.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities across supply chain and operations, and implement initiatives to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality or service.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor operational performance, including inventory turnover, order accuracy, and supplier performance.
  • Work closely with production, procurement, finance, and logistics teams to align planning processes and ensure integrated decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP systems related to materials planning, inventory, and cost centers to support reliable reporting and decision-making.
  • Participate in or lead projects aimed at process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains within supply chain and cost management functions.
