TTEC in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Payroll Analyst to join our remote team. You will review, validate, and process on-cycle and off-cycle payroll requests to deliver timely, accurate payroll in line with local laws and company standards.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, 0–2 years payroll experience, strong attention to detail, integrity, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll support payroll and compliance tasks and assist with payroll projects.

Associate Payroll Analysts are responsible for reviewing, inspecting, and validating all the on-cycle and off-cycle payroll requests in order to deliver payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards. They provide thorough review of the request files, support payroll and compliance processes and procedures, research and resolve any issues in accordance with local laws. Associate Payroll Analysts are keen to gain the knowledge expected about local payroll laws and practices for the geography they will support. They ensure timely release of bank files and submission of other statutory reports. Associate Payroll Analyst will be working with TTEC policies and procedures related to Payroll duties.
