Qualifications

• Strong understanding of administrative processes in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation or insurance/claims processes is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support end-to-end claims administration processes in accordance with service standards and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims, documentation, payments, and schedules.
• Maintain high-quality customer service for internal and external stakeholders, including injured employees and clients.
• Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, and mail) and ensure timely action and resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across claims systems and records.
• Monitor adherence to legislative requirements, policies, and internal procedures.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support reporting and administrative functions as required.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery.
